PodShorts helps users organize and transform material they choose to save. Users must have the rights or lawful basis required for their use and must comply with the original platform’s terms. PodShorts does not claim ownership of third-party content.
Submitting a notice
Send a copyright notice to hello@podshorts.in with the subject “Copyright Takedown”. Include:
- Your name, organization, email address, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or representative list of works.
- The specific PodShorts location, account, or material at issue and enough information for us to locate it.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Review, removal, and response
We may ask for additional information, remove or restrict material, notify the affected user, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. A user who believes material was removed by mistake may reply with identification of the material, an explanation of their rights or lawful basis, and their contact details. False or abusive notices may create legal liability.
