You may use PodShorts for lawful personal, educational, research, and business knowledge workflows. You must respect the rights, safety, and access rules of others.
Prohibited conduct
- Upload, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or that facilitates serious harm.
- Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, database, or other rights.
- Circumvent paywalls, authentication, digital rights management, robots controls, rate limits, or platform access restrictions.
- Introduce malware, scrape or probe the Service without authorization, disrupt infrastructure, or attempt to access another user’s account or memories.
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, impersonation, deceptive activity, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Submit highly sensitive information unless the feature expressly supports it and you have authority to do so.
- Use AI output as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in high-impact decisions about health, employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, legal rights, or essential services.
- Resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the Service or its models except where applicable law expressly permits.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit processing, preserve relevant records, or suspend accounts. We consider severity, intent, recurrence, and risk when responding. Contact hello@podshorts.in to report abuse or appeal an enforcement decision.
